5. Founder Edition licence summary

The stated Founder Edition positioning is a one-time USD 199 single named-user commercial licence unless otherwise agreed. The licensed user may use the model for internal projects and client work and may share outputs, but may not redistribute, resell or sublicense the workbook. Final purchase, support and refund terms must be presented before any transaction is enabled.

This pilot has no checkout, payment system or purchase contract. Pricing is presented for founder validation. A “Request a Demo” action does not create a customer relationship or obligation.

7. Intellectual property
