Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy describes the intended treatment of information when the Solar NexKit founder validation website is published. It does not govern project information processed inside the separate Excel product.

2. Information the website collects

In the W1 local build, the website does not intentionally collect or store personal information. It contains no web form, login, checkout, database, advertising tracker or analytics script.

3. Hosting and technical logs

After a future deployment, the hosting and network provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps and security events to deliver and protect the site. Provider configuration and retention must be reviewed at the W2 production gate.

4. Demo requests

A future approved contact channel may receive information that a prospective user chooses to provide, such as name, professional email, company, role and scheduling context. The live notice must be updated before that channel is enabled.

5. Project data

The current Excel product runs locally. The website does not upload or process solar project assumptions. Users should not send confidential project data unless a separate support process explicitly requests it and appropriate safeguards are agreed.

6. Cookies

The W1 website does not set non-essential cookies. If analytics or other cookie-based services are proposed later, this policy and any required consent mechanism must be updated before activation.

7. Third-party links

The website may link to external services. Their privacy practices are controlled by those providers and should be reviewed separately.

8. Contact and launch review

The public privacy contact address is a launch blocker and must be approved before production release. The placeholder CONTACT_EMAIL_TODO is not an active contact address.
